The Charlotte Nova is Retrolicious's new fabric composition for the much loved Charlotte skirt. It's also aheavier weight stretch ponti fabric but a little softer and drapier. Fit to flatter with a high thick waistband, full skirt, hidden back zip and handy large pockets.
